Part and Full time Preschool Teachers
Book keeper- Part time
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
Designs and implements lesson plans and activities aligned with program goals which support the academic success and the social/emotional development of all students in the classroom
Ensure safety and security of children enrolled
Communicate regularly with students' families about student progress
Collaborate with other Educators
Follow designated schedule and create a routine for students
Provide a variety of activities that meet the individual needs of children, paying close attention to their interest, challenges and special talents
Be an active participant in all aspects of the school day, such as outdoor play, daily lessons, special events, arrival and dismissal, student interactions....
Complete and maintain all other required documentation and records. (Ex: attendance, incidents, charts, safety checklists, classroom notes, children's files, assessments, progress reports, etc...)
Be punctual and dependable. Be flexible to meet the needs of the program.
Qualifications:
Education:
Successful completion of TECE 1 and 2 or higher.
Experience:
2 years experience working with children preschool age or younger in a preschool classroom setting.
License/Certification
Current certification in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) & First Aid applicable to children and adults
Early Childhood Teacher Certification (preferred)
Have Medication Administration certification or be willing to obtain

Open Position –Bookkeeper
There is an immediate opening available at our preschool for the Bookkeeper position.
About our School
Our school has been providing a quality preschool education, centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ, since 1996. We provide early childhood curriculum that teaches age-appropriate academics, social skills, and grows a child’s knowledge of God through lessons, song, projects, creative play, and physical activities. We are known for our small student to teacher ratios, and our staff’s dedication to meeting the needs of each individual child in our program.
About the Job
This is a salaried, 12-month, part time position of 15 hours/week, with occasional evenings required for school activities. Primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
• Maintaining student and staff records
• Utilizing QuickBooks to process accounts receivable and payable, including payroll
• Producing monthly financial reports and an annual budget
• Researching and applying for grant opportunities
• Assisting with planning and preparation of programs for school families
Qualifications
· Education: Associates degree or higher with 3 credits related to accounting or bookkeeping, or equivalent experience
Skills:
· Moderate computer skills, including updating, creating, and editing documents,
spreadsheets/logs
• At least a moderate level of knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
and Microsoft Power Point
• Professional, respectful demeanor, with strong interpersonal communication and
leadership skills.
